Answer :

Diameter of copper wire =1 cm
Radius(r) = 1 / 2 cm
Height of copper rod = Length of copper rod(h) = 8 cm
length of wire (H)=18 m
=1800 cm
volume of rod = volume of wire
πr²h = πR²H
1/2×1/2×8 =R²1800
R² =1/900
R = 1/30
thickness of wire =2R
=2/30
=1/15cm
